Many of the most widely deployed Open Source applications and systems have a well deserved reputation for high-reliability and robustness. Much of that is due to the nature of the Open Source development model: early stage testing by large numbers of users, constant and public peer review of the source code, and very rapid fault identification and diagnosis. Patches and fixes are sometimes dealt with in a matter of minutes and available globally on-line instantly. Nothing is ever perfect however, and we do realise that things occasionally can and do go wrong, or perhaps you just can't get your application to do what you want it to. The Open Learning Centre provides a range of support services and information to help. Our services scale from free, forum based community support (good for non-mission critical situations and products) right through to 24x7 call-out contracts. All our services are tailored to meet your individual requirements so please contact us for further information. |
